NUSA Holds Behaviour Change Communication and Sanitation Awareness Campaign

Naria Unnayan Samity (NUSA) recently organized a Behavior Change Communication (BCC) and Sanitation Awareness Campaign in its Zhila branch to promote sustainable sanitation practices and a clean environment.

The campaign, held in collaboration with the Swedish Special Foundation, aims to raise awareness about safe water, proper sanitation, and hygiene among community members. NUSA is currently implementing a project titled “Sustainable Sanitation and Hygiene Management” to enable a healthy lifestyle for all.

Through this initiative, NUSA is not only focusing on building sanitary facilities but also on changing attitudes and behaviours related to their use. This approach helps create a long-lasting, community-wide improvement in health and well-being.

The event drew the participation of community members, stakeholders, and representatives who pledged their support for making sanitation a collective priority in their respective villages.
