NUSA has been operating with remarkable success as a visible and growing private development organization through the implementation of various welfare activities for the ultra-poor and poor populations. Despite the prevailing instability in the country, the Executive Director of NUSA has skillfully continued all operations and ensured the timely payment of salaries and allowances to all officers and staff through his dedicated efforts.

In addition, despite numerous obstacles, significant progress was achieved during the fiscal year 2024–2025 through various development activities implemented by different donor agencies, development partners, and NUSA’s own initiatives. With the sincere cooperation and collective efforts of the General Council, Executive Council, and all staff members, substantial dynamism has been created at all levels of the organization and within program implementation. As a result, the expected successes were achieved. On this occasion, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to everyone involved and wish for the continued advancement of the organization.

Finally, on behalf of the NUSA Governing Body, I pray for the eternal peace of the soul of our Founder and Chief Advisor, the Honorable Former Deputy Speaker and Former Member of Parliament, the Late National Hero Colonel Shawkat Ali.
