Advisory Board

The organization has a five-member advisory board for successful implementation with timely advice. They are approved by the Nusa General Board. Colonel (retd) Shawkat Ali, the founder of Nusa, served as the chief adviser to the advisory board. He is accompanied by 4 other advisors. They are Mr. Firoz Shawkat Ali,Mr. BM Jahed Ali, Ms. Akiuman Nesha and Dr. Jagdish Chandra Mandal.

Board of Directors

NUSA has a strong 9-member board of directors to ensure timely control and approval, management and administrative oversight of the organization’s proper control, implementation of goals and objectives. The board has 3 women members.

 

The Board of Directors is nominated by the General Board. The Board consists of a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman, a Treasurer and 8 members. The board manages the company properly. NUSA Chairman Mr. Principal Abdul Hannan Majhi. The Board of Directors meets at least 4-5 times a year and discusses all issues and gives directions for decision making and implementation.

So far, NUSA Board of Directors has held a total of 211 meetings. Meetings were held from July 2019 to June 30, 2020 – 05. So far there have been 36 annual general meetings.
